CKay’s ‘Love Nwantiti’: First African to surpass 1 billion streams on Spotify across all versions

“Love nwantiti (ah ah ah)” has now surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify across all versions. It’s the first African song to hit this milestone.”

Chukwuka Ekweani, musically known as CKay, single song ‘Love Nwantiti (Ah Ah Ah)’  has become the most successful single in Nigeria and Africa.

Ckay a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and music producer, becomes the first African singer to accumulate and surpass over a billion Spotify streams with a single song, ‘Love Nwantiti (Ah Ah Ah)’.

“Born to middle-class Igbo parents in Kaduna, a state in northern Nigeria, CKay began to make waves in the music industry with the release of his 2018 dance tune “Container.”.  Love Nwantinti means small love in Igbo, the language in which CKay sings a better part of the song. On the track, CKay grapples with an intense desire for a love interest.”

Ckay’s Love Nwantinti has been certified gold in several countries including USA, Britain, France, India and so many other countries.
