Dr. Victor Ide Okoye

Dr. Victor Ide Okoye, a US based Business Mogul, brings a multi-million dollars, gargantuan hospitality business investment to Umuoji, Nigeria as he contributes to Gov. Soludo’s Anambra Agenda of Industrialization and think home first investment scheme.

Dr. Ide-Okoye who served with Governor Soludo in Anambra Vision Committee 2070 believed that this project allied with the Governor’s development and partnership agenda.

Ide Okoye; an Entrepreneur and Philanthropist stated that creating jobs is definitely part of development. He opined that the love of his town and think home mentality are part of the reasons he decided to bring the project of this magnitude to Umuoji, and that love of the community where he was born was one of the driving forces in his way of thinking; and as far as he is concerned giving back was a motivating factor in this project.

As he succinctly puts it “Giving back makes you feel awesome because you know people’s way of life have changed for the better because of what you have created”. This project will make a whole lot of differences in hundreds of people’s lives in the community where he grew up and that such deeds give joy to his heart.

Ide Okoye further enumerated that another reason for this investment is what he termed “Community Footprint” as you know an investment such as this offers positive impact to the surrounding community in which it operates, bringing in numerous opportunities including amongst other things; generating new jobs, far-reaching social impact, hosting social events and neighborhood gatherings in the event spaces; bringing in business for local shops in the close surroundings; new businesses to the farmers in the area who will be selling their farm products to the resort; all of these factors automatically benefit the entire community and local economy, as well as driving alternative revenues streams.

Since this project started the value of lands in the whole community have appreciated tenfold, and this is exactly how to make an unforgettable impact in the community. He stated that he was so very pleased with that and that’s exactly how to create wealth and impact positive changes in people’s life.

This resort is the first of its kind hospitality to the Southeastern part of Nigeria. This project has transformed Umuoji and would definitely put the town on the map for the better. The resort offers breathtaking views in a very secure and tranquil environment. You will find at this beautiful serene resort everything you need to make your stay you need to make your stay a memorable one!
