The remix of Rema “Calm Down” with Selena Gomez’s climbs to No. 1 position “on the spot on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart, jumping from No. 8 and marking each act’s first leader on the list.”

The song, “Calm Down” was originally made by the Nigeria’s Afrobeats superstar, Rema. The remixing of the song was accompanied by Selena Gomez. The end product of the collaboration was sensational with an altering sound mixture of voices. Gomez, the American movie star and singer carried her own successfully in the song and video.

“The Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts, which began in September 2020, rank songs based on streaming and sales activity culled from more than 200 territories around the world, as compiled by Luminate. The Global 200 is inclusive of worldwide data and the Global Excl. U.S. chart comprises data from territories excluding the U.S.”

The collaboration of the two was a great match in the music video of the song. The chemistry was undeniable and the song was flowing beautifully as the two danced to it. The video and the song were captivating and it is almost impossible to stop watching.
